This workflow should be documented, automated where possible, and consistent across all locations in the network.
Component Three: Closed-Loop Reporting
Sales needs to feed back to marketing. Which leads converted? Which didn't? Why? This data allows marketing to optimize targeting, messaging, and qualification criteria over time.
